* We need to have a minimum of 15 participants per location. If we do not have 15 participants we will cancel that specific location. You will be notified and will be able to get a refund or switch to another location.
This 6-week training program includes a coached weekly run/stretching and a written program to follow when not at the coached runs. CHS employees, their friends and families are welcome to register.
The Pre-Runners program is geared towards helping participants who have not been exercising get into a habit of exercising by walking and learning about running. This program is for someone who has never run but wants to progress to running. The group will primarily walk and learn the steps to start a running program.
The Training for a 3K or 8K program is geared towards helping beginners, intermediate and seasoned runners train for the Elizabeth 3K or 8K. This program is for someone who wants to run their first race or improve their time.
The Elizabeth 3K/8K is Saturday April 17, 2010
* Once you have completed a training program you can graduate to the next level.
* Entry for the Elizabeth 3K/8K is not included in this registration fee and the race is optional.
* If you have completed a minimum of 7 LiveWELL Runners training programs, you may continue training in future programs at no charge.

This program is only offered on Tuesday's from 5:30-6:30 pm. March 9th - April 13th at the LiveWELL office @ 1408 East Blvd. Suite B. Charlotte, NC 28203
Ladies In Motion - Is a walking/running class specially designed for women by women. The 6 week class will be coached and mentored by women and focus on women's needs in order to provide a comfortable environment to learn to run. The class will include instruction and coaching by a professional coach, and be mentored by other women who can share their recent journey into learning to run, as well as information on nutrition, apparel and other issues related to running.
If you want to learn to run and feel uncomfortable because of your age, weight or inability to run, this class is for you. Come join our group of women and enjoy the camaraderie of being with others like yourself who want to improve their health and wellness by learning to run no matter what your current fitness level.
-You will be led by a coach and a mentor

Geared towards helping you prepare to swim, bike and run in a sprint triathlon!
ABOUT THE TRIATHLON:
- What: Statesville Rotary Triathlon
- When: Saturday May 15, 2010
- Where: Statesville, NC
- Distance: Sprint Triathlon (a 300 yard pool swim, a 11.6 mile bike and a 5 kilometer run)
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- 10 Week Training Program (begins March 8th)
- 2 Swim Clinics held at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Center (800 E MLK Jr. Blvd)
- Weekly Group Runs from Pura Vida Fitness
- Weekly Bike Rides from the 'Booty Loop' (beginning in April)
- Shoe Clinic at Inside Out Sports
- Bike Maintenance Clinic at Inside Out Sports (learn to change a tire, etc.)
- Transition Clinic at Inside Out Sports (learn about the '4th event')
PROGRAM COST: $295.00
PROGRAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: February 28th (limited to 25 participants)
REQUIREMENTS: Running, swimming, and biking gear, and the desire to achieve your goals!
